When you select 'Start/Resume Form' this table appears:
The screen will only show 'Unfinished Forms.'
‘Unfinished Forms’ are those Forms that users started – either on the base computer or in the field – but left unfinished and awaiting completion. To complete any unfinished form, click at any point on the line that shows in blue: either under ‘Created,’ ‘Form,’ or ‘User.’
The unfinished form that you have chosen will then be displayed on the screen and you can commence further work on it. If you are unable to complete the unfinished form, click the ‘Save’ button at the end of the Form and the updated unfinished form will be saved and return to the list of unfinished forms. Once you have completed the unfinished form, click ‘Submit’ and the form will be loaded and sent to the ‘Submitted Forms’ section.
To start working on an existing form, click on ‘Choose Form Type’ and a list of the forms available on your licence will be displayed. Select the appropriate Form and click ‘Start Form.’
The selected Form will then be displayed and you can resume filling out that Form.
If you are unable to finish the Form at this time, click ‘Save’ at the end of the Form and the unfinished form will be saved. You can return to the list of unfinished forms and complete the form at a later date.
Once you complete a Form, click ‘Submit’ at the end of the Form and the finished form will be loaded and sent to the Submitted Form section.
