When you select 'New Form,' you create a new form that you can fill in with details such as 'Title' and 'Description.'
To create a new form, you must follow these 5 simple steps:
- Enter the Title of the form in the appropriate area.
- Enter a short Description of the form in the appropriate area.
- Click Save to create the new form base.
- Once the Save tab is clicked you enter the editing format.
- Click Edit Form to continue.
