When you select 'New Form,' you create a new form that you can fill in with details such as 'Title' and 'Description.'


To create a new form, you must follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Enter the Title of the form in the appropriate area.
  2. Enter a short Description of the form in the appropriate area.
  3. Click Save to create the new form base.
  4. Once the Save tab is clicked you enter the editing format.
  5. Click Edit Form to continue.
