When you select ‘View Jobs’ from the ‘Jobs’ section of the dashboard, you can view and edit any Job in the system. Only the Licence administrators can view and edit any Job in the system. The Management Portal filters the list to search for the ‘Title’ of one or a group of Jobs.
By selecting any Job, the administrator has the option to edit the Form. You have 3 different options:
- Change the Status of the Job from ‘Assigned’ to ‘Confirmed.’
- Change the name of the Agent.
- Edit other details such as date, time of job, or customer details.
