There are different ways to access Submitted Forms in the Web Portal:

Custom submitted tabs are available in the Web Portal and the App based on Group visibility when creating the tab/s. Tabs can only be created in the Web Portal.  

Web Portal > Forms > Forms Dashboard > Submitted Forms



Web Portal > Forms > Submitted Forms 


To see forms connected to a client in the CRM > Web Portal > CRM > Contacts > Select client > Activity > Forms.
