Syncing ensures all information stored in the App is up to date.
The App will sync automatically when you login, and may automatically sync again as you move through different sections of the app or after completing or editing jobs, forms or contacts. However, you can enable a Forced Sync to ensure the app is up to date by swiping down on the app from the home screen.
