A Contact in Formitize is an individual or business whose details are stored and managed within the CRM. Contacts can include customers, clients, suppliers or other people your business regularly communicates with.
Each Contact has their own record, allowing you to store important information such as their name, phone number, email address and other relevant details, accessible through the Web Portal and Formitize App.
You can also have a Billing Contact, who is the person responsible for receiving invoices and billing-related communications. This is particularly useful when the person arranging or receiving a service is different from the person managing the payments.
Keeping your Contacts and Billing Contacts organised helps ensure the correct information is available and communications are directed to the appropriate person.
