You are able to create a Form action to send an SMS when the form has been submitted provided the SMS credit has been activated.
In your Web Portal > Forms > Existing Templates > Edit Arrow > Actions > +New Actions > Action type: Send SMS > Filling out any relevant information > Save Actions.
Be sure to have the Action linked to the field where the mobile number will be. Once the Action has been set up for the Form Template, then upon submission of new forms created with the template, the SMS will be sent (so long as the field is populated with an existing number).
