Within the Form Builder, under Structure in the Toolbox, you will find a field element called Label. This is for information that you would like to have included in all submitted forms that use this form template (Terms & Conditions, calculation totals, etc).

This field can be dragged and dropped onto the form, where you would like the information to go, and then you can type the information it in the text box within the Field settings when you select the label field. Please note that it is best to stick to one or two paragraphs at most for each label, and simply add more labels if there is a lot of information.

Using the @ symbol in the Label will bring up a dropdown list of other fields within the form. What this does is create a placeholder within the Label field, which will pull the information that is within the field selected from the dropdown, so that it is also displayed in the label.
