In the Form Builder, you can add a CRM Location, which will allow you to search the Locations within the CRM database for any information relating to the location. This works most effectively if you also have a CRM Client field in the form.
If you have a CRM Client field in the form, the CRM Location properties will automatically link to that. The same if you add a CRM Zone to the form as well. You will be able to see this in the Field Settings. The Display settings offer a dropdown with options for how you would like the Location to be displayed in the form. And if you have Custom Location fields set up, you will see dropdowns for those that you can link to other fields in the form to automatically populate (if the CRM location has information in those fields).
