With a Create CRM Task action set up for your form, you can use the form to create a new Task in your Web Portal for nominated Users to be able to view when they log into Formitize.


Tasks are helpful to have, and can be seen in the top right of the Web Portal beside the Settings Cog, as the tick symbol - which will display active tasks as a small popup modal. It will display a number over the tick for the amount of tasks that are awaiting your attention. You can also go to service.formitize.com/crm/task to view the full page task list.


In order to add an Email Action to your Form, go to Forms > Existing Templates > choose the edit arrow for the template you would like the action added to > Actions tab > + New Action. Then you can select Create CRM Task in the Action type dropdown.




Once you've edited the settings for the Create CRM Task, then new forms created with the from template will automatically create the task for the User/s upon Submission.
