If you already have a PDF report saved and wish to attach that file as well as further attachments, then you can use the Email PDF with Attachments action.
This is different to the Email and Email PDF Actions, as it attaches a specific PDF file to the email that is sent when the form is Submitted. This is effective when you wish to send out blank PDF forms for the clients to fill out.
In order to add an Email Action to your Form, go to Forms > Existing Templates > choose the edit arrow for the template you would like the action added to > Actions tab > + New Action. Then you can select Email PDF with Attachments in the Action type dropdown.
After you've saved the Action settings, then new forms created with the from template will automatically send the selected PDF form and any other attachments in an email to the specified recipients upon Submission.
