If you and your Users are experiencing a slow loading time for your scheduler, then it may be related to the list that you can view on the right hand side of the scheduler when you are viewing it. This list shows you all the jobs that are Unassigned, not Complete, Recurring, or are Overdue in the current view.
Every time the Scheduler loads, it is also loading in every job that falls under those categories. Most commonly, the back up is due to a number of jobs' status either not being set to Complete, or the jobs not being Assigned to a User. Because of this, the Scheduler will continue to load those jobs every time, which can lead to slowing down when there is a large number of 'Incomplete' or Unassigned jobs.
To avoid a large buildup, we recommend that jobs be Assigned to Users whenever possible, and that when a job is finished, that its status is changed to Complete, so that the list of jobs that are loading with the Scheduler does not become so long that it affects the loading time.
You can do this by going to Jobs > View Jobs and setting the filters in the smart table so that you can bring up all jobs which have a status that is not Assigned or not Complete (or Overdue).
You will then need to open each of the jobs and change the Assignment or Job Status so that the Scheduler will no longer attempt to load them.
There is currently no way to bulk complete these Jobs in order to clean them up, as it could lead to accidentally setting jobs that still have yet to be done. This is why we recommend the job status is Complete when a job is finished.
You can bulk Assign jobs, however, by selecting the checkboxes beside the unassigned jobs, and then selecting the Assign to option that pops up at the bottom of the screen.
