eLink webforms provide a robust method for gathering information. The forms can be created using a drag-and-drop form builder. Additionally, with eLinks, you can pre-fill certain details such as names, addresses and pricing before sending them to clients. Clients can open the forms on their desktop, or smartphone, fill out the necessary information, sign electronically, and submit the form.
Once submitted, a variety of automated actions can be triggered via Form Actions.

You can send an eLink webform via email. This can be done by sending it as a blank webform for the client to fill out and submit, or as an individual partially filled webform that they can complete or sign and then submit as a finished form. Any form actions will be triggered once the form has been submitted.
You can find the eLink for the blank form by going to Forms > Existing Templates > Edit arrow for the desired form > scroll down to webform Option > select Copy in the Webform tab. You can then paste the link into an email to send.
To send a partially filled Webform, once you have filled the necessary fields in a form from the web portal, then at the top of the form, select the checkbox beside 'Convert to Webform', and Save the form. A link will then appear at the top of the form. You can select Email Link and email the Webform.
