To Get Started, download the App by searching for Formitize on the:
- Apple App Store if you use apple devices
- Or Google Play Store if you use Android devices.
You will be sent your Login Details (Username and Password) to your email when your account is created or when you are added as a user to an account. If you've forgotten or cannot find your Formitize User credentials, then you can email our support team at [email protected] and request to have your login credentials resent.
