If you lose your phone or tablet, don’t worry, any submitted data is saved in the cloud and backed up so you will not lose any of that information.
If you have started forms on the device, as long as they have been manually saved you can find them in the Web Portal by going to Forms > Saved Forms. It will need to be manually saved, as the autosaving on mobile devices only saves that information locally to the device itself.
When the device is replaced, simply login and your account will resync, with all saved Formitize data restored.
Note: If the device has been set to remember the password, then you will need to access your Web Portal and change your password to ensure the account's security.
