To add a Photo to an Invoice in the Web Portal, the Invoice will need to be saved first.
To locate an already saved Invoice, go to CRM > Invoices > select the Edit pen for the invoice.
Once the you've opened the Invoice, select the Attachments tab on the Invoice > then Click or drag and drop your Images to the Invoice. These images will appear on page 2 of your Invoice PDF.
To add photos to an Invoice in the App, the Invoice will need to be saved first.
To add images to an already saved invoice, go to Accounts > Invoices > Select the Invoice you would like to add the image to > Select the Attachments tab on the Invoice > Select the + symbol in the bottom right hand corner > You can then choose to either select an Image from your device Library or Take a Photo. These images will appear on page 2 of your Invoice PDF.
Attachments can be image files such as (PNG, GIF and JPG) can be attached into the PDF, while other attachments (PDF, EXCEL, CSV, DOC, DOCX) will be available to select as attachments stored in Resources when emailing.
