Quote Prefix is the information positioned in-front of the Quote Number, we use “QU -” as your default. You can change this to whatever your company would prefer.
We can automatically increase the Quote number sequentially for you. You may want to start doing this from a particular Quote number, you can simply enter those details in the Quote settings otherwise the system will start from QU-00001.
To Customize these settings in the Web Portal, go to Settings cog > Accounts > Quotes > Scroll down to Quote Prefix and Automatic Sequential Numbering > Specify your Setting > Save at the bottom of the screen.
To Customize these settings in the App, Log in > Settings > Quotes > Scroll down to Quote Prefix and Automatic Sequential Numbering > Specify your Setting > Save.
