This is a general summary of services offered in the quotation. This can be added manually to individual Quotes, or a default Quote Summary can be created that will automatically be added to new Quotes.


To add it to an individual Quote, in the Web Portal go to CRM > Quotes > Edit pen for the intended Quote > enter the summary in the section below the line items > Save.


In the App, you can add it by going to Accounts > Quotes > select the quote > Edit > enter the details in the Summary section > Save.



You can add a Default Summary that will be used when creating your new Quotes. This can also be edited on each quote that you create.

In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Accounts > Quotes > Scroll down to Quote Summary > specify your settings here > Save.




In the App > Log in > Settings cog in the bottom right of the screen > Quotes > Enter the details under Summary > Save.
