This is a general summary of services offered in the quotation. You can add a Default Summary that will be used when creating your new Quotes this can be edited on each quote that you create.
Web Portal > Settings cog > Accounts > Quotes > Scroll down to Quote Summary > specify your settings here > Save.
App > Log in > Settings > Quotes > Scroll down to Quote Summary > specify your settings here > Save.
