You can  View PDF options via the Web Portal by going to Forms > View Form Templates > Edit Arrow for the desired Template PDF > PDF > PDF Options.


Below is a list of all options available:


  1. This is a list of PDF reports that are currently attached to the form. If you have HTML skills, then new reports can be created here. 
  2. This confirming the name of the select report, and allows the name of a new report to be entered when creating a new custom PDF
  3. Add additional letters to appear in front of the Submitted form ID or the Form count ID as selected in the PDF Number Options in the F1 Minimal Report
  4. Allows you to set the starting number for the form count when Form Count is selected in the PDF Number Options in the F1 Minimal Report
  5. Allows you to rest the form count at a specified interval when Form Count is selected in the PDF Number Options in the F1 Minimal Report
  6. Toggle on or off to display the GPS coordinates of where the form was submitted in the footer of the F1 Minimal Report
  7. Toggle on or off for location fields used in the form to display the GPS coordinates of the location entered in the PDF Report for the F1 Minimal Report
  8. Toggle on or off to display the Date of the right hand side of the header bar on the F1 Minimal Report
  9. Allows you to choose the submitted form ID or a revolving form count number to appear in the header bar of the PDF in the F1 Minimal Report
  10. Allows you to choose what the default submission status of the form will be everytime it is submitted.
  11.  Allows you to set a number of days before a form can automatically be marked with a status of Expired
  12. Allows you to choose statuses that are exempt from being marked as Expired set by the Submitted Form Expiry
  13. Saves Changes made
