Once a form has been submitted, it goes into the Submitted Forms page, (Web Portal > Forms > Submitted Forms) where you can make further changes to your forms (based on form permissions and user permissions). 


Form actions that are attached to the Form Template will also be processed once a form has been Submitted.

The Submitted Forms page can be customised to be able to see form fields as columns and to be able to group form templates together in a Custom Submitted Forms tab.


In the Web Portal, go to Forms > Submitted forms, to view the Submitted forms list.




Submitted forms tabs are also accessible through the app based on the Permissions settings. Go to Forms > select the Submitted tab, to access Submitted forms on the App.
