You can submit a form either through the Web Portal or the App.
To submit the form through the Web Portal, open the form you would like to complete and when you have completed the form you select Submit in the top right hand corner.
To submit a form in the App, select the form that you would like to complete, once you have finished filling in the form select Submit at the top right hand corner of the screen.
