A form can be sent as a PDF automatically through Form Actions.
Additionally forms can be manually emailed once submitted. On the Web Portal > Forms > Submitted Forms > PDF > Email and either use an email template or free text to email the PDF to the recipient.
A PDF can also be emailed through the App > Forms > Submitted Forms > Swipe to select email.
You can see what emails have been sent of a submitted form in the Web Portal > Forms > Submitted forms > Edit > Email log.
