A form can be sent as a PDF automatically through Form Actions


In the Web Portal go to Forms > Existing Templates > select the edit arrow for the template > Actions > select which email action you would like to automatically trigger when the form is submitted. Once you've completed the settings, select Save Action and any new forms created with this template will email upon submission.




Additionally forms can be manually emailed once submitted.


In the Web Portal go to Forms > Submitted Forms > PDF > Email and either use an email template or free text to email the PDF to the recipient.






A PDF can also be emailed through the App by going to Forms > Submitted Forms > Swipe either left or right, and select email




You can see what emails have been sent of a submitted form in the Web Portal. Go to Forms > Submitted forms > Edit Arrow > Email log.
