To build a form yourself, in your Web Portal go to Forms > Build New Template.
You can choose from Form Bank.
You can also go straight to the Form Builder, fill out the information below the button, and create a Form from scratch.
You can also upload a form (Forms > Build New Template > Form Upload) and our Team will build it for you or email [email protected]. Charges apply for form builds carried out by or Production Team, an obligation free quote will be provided before anything is started.
