Pre-Set Form Report Templates are templates that you can save when you create a form report, so that you can use the same template at a later date without having to re-select everything.


To create a new Preset Template in the Web Portal, go to Forms > Form Reporting > select the Form Template and the date range > select Update > select Filters and other options (including adding what columns you want included in the CSV report) > in the dropdown beside 'Preset Templates' select Create New.


Once you're certain you have all the options you want for the CSV report, then select Export CSV at the bottom of the page. The new Preset Template will save automatically, to be potentially used again in the future.
