How do I add a Safety First Form to a Job Type? Print

To add a Safety First Form to a Job Type, go into the Web Portal > Jobs > Job Type Templates > you can either edit an existing template or create a new Job Type Template. Add your safety first form. A form is 'enabled' as a safety first form in the details tab when building the form.

You can set the rule that controls how the Safety First Form is used within the Job.
