We provide free form templates ready for download into your account through our Form Bank module.
This can be accessed go into your Web Portal > Forms > Form Bank, which will provide you with a range of different form templates. To load a copy of a form template into your Formitize account, you can select the "Upload Template" button when previewing any of the forms.
Once uploaded, the form fields can be edited or you can use the form as is.
