To set up the SMS Feature in your account, SMS credits will need to be added.
To add SMS credit, in the Web Portal go to the Settings cog > Email & SMS > SMS account. You can purchase credits and also set up an automatic top up option. You can also determine the time parameters for when an SMS can be sent > Save Settings.
Please note that each SMS is 10 cents per message and one way only. The SMS feature will charge the account details that we have for your monthly User charges.
