CRM Reports allows Admin users to be able to generate csv reports on all CRM Modules. This can be accessed through the Web Portal > CRM > Reports > select the module that you would like to generate a report on > apply any filters as you need > CSV report. This report can then be used in other applications as needed.
You can also Export information for any of the CRM modules that use Smart Tables by using the Export function (Exporting information via Smart Tables).
