It is possible to create a job type template that can be utilised to send a Webform at any stage or time during a job by adding it to a Job Status Update.

You can do this in the Web Portal by going to Jobs > Job Type Templates > Edit Arrow for the template > in Job Details, make sure there is a Webform linked to the job template by selecting it in the options. Then Save.

Once you have added the Webform, go to the Job Status Updates tab. In there, you can set up an update that will send the webform. Select the + symbol to create a new Update, then select the job status that you would like to automatically send the update.

In the body of the update message, you can add the Webform by adding the Placeholder for it. Select Ctrl + Space, and then scroll down to Webforms in the list. Select the type you want added, and then a link to the Webform will be included in the update message.

Save the settings and then when any Jobs created with this template will send out the webform when the job status meets the requirement.
