You can adjust the size of the PDF which will improve the image quality in the Web Portal as well as the App.
In the Web Portal, go to Forms > View Form Templates > Edit arrow for the form template > PDF > PDF Settings.
In PDF Page Size > adjust to a higher setting > Save Settings (try A2 or A0 and then test on a form).
In the App, if you want to increase the photo quality, we suggest that the it be adjusted to 80 as optimal, Photo Width be adjusted to 960 and the Photo Height be adjusted to 720. However, you are able to adjust the photo settings based on your own personal requirements or preferences.
To do this in the App, go to Settings cog > Photos > Make the necessary adjustments.
