Yes, this functionality is available as a custom change in your Form Templates. 

Our Production team can add a multiple choice field to your form template to allow the user to select the company branding and/or details they would like to use on the PDF report. Then the PDF report will automatically be created and include this information, even if it is different to your account settings.
