Adding Chemicals to a form is possible when editing a drop down field on a form template. This can only be done when using the Web Portal.
Go to Forms > View Form Templates > Edit arrow for the intended Form Template > Form Builder > Drag & drop the Dropdown field to where you want it on the form, and add the information in the Field Settings.
When you have added the chemicals be sure to save the draft and Deploy / Publish Template so that the updated version is shown in the App.
Ensure the App has synced fully before opening the edited form.
