When using the App ensure you have the most up to date Software and have completed the latest System Update. This will prevent the App suddenly closing and ensure all features are up to date and compatible with your device.
This can be checked by going into Settings on the the device and checking the Software update.
Updating the App will also ensure that you are using the most up to date version.
