The Workflows module in Formitize is used to manage any multi-stage process within your Formitize account. This includes tracking the progress of a submitted form through your process in the workflows module. It can be used for various processes such as leave requests, complaints handling, and health and safety processes.
For Example;
An Incident register has been created with the customs stages so when you submit an incident report there is a certain process that it will follow. The process in this example being New Incident Reported, Investigation Complete, Corrective Actions Implemented and closed.
