After creating a custom submitted Form tab, it's necessary to process all the data in the existing Forms before they appear under that tab. The time it takes to complete this process can vary depending on the number and size of the Forms. As a result, it may take some time before all the old Forms become visible in the new tab.
Alternatively, you may have to see whether your user group or account has the permissions set to be able to view the custom submitted forms tab.

Alternatively after 24 hours if those tabs are not visible, you may need to raise a ticket to support by going to the Help question mark in the top right corner > Support > Contact Support.
