A form cannot be shared without written consent.
A form can be shared from one company to another if the original company has granted permission in writing to production@formitize.com and the person approving this is an Admin user on the account.
If a form is part of a Formitize Industry Pack then the receiving company must also have the Pack enabled on the account.
