To have your new company information and updated logo to show on your invoices you will have to re-generate the invoices that already existed before the change, so that they will reflect the new information and logo. 


To do this, in you Web Portal go to CRM > Invoices > Select the edit pen for the Invoice(s) that need to reflect the new company information > View PDF at the bottom of the invoice > Regenerate.



Note: This process also applies in the same way for quotes. To update them, you will need to regenerate the quote PDF.
