Updating the new business owners details can be done through a few simple steps using your Web Portal. 

  • In your Web Portal go to Admin > All Users > Edit your Super Admin User with the details of the new owner > Save. Make sure the name and email address are correct and select email the passwords to the new owner.


  • The new owner will have to enter their card details in in order to commence their monthly payments and stop yours. Settings Cog > Company Profile > Payment Details > Enter details > Save.
  • OR Admin > Update Payment Details > Enter new details > Save.

  • The Company Profile Page will have to be updated and include any changes that have been made to the business details. Settings Cog > Company Profile > Company Details > make changes > Save.
  • OR Admin > Company Details > make changes > Save.


Notes: Deactivate all users that are no longer with the business as this will ensure they no longer have access to their accounts. Also, if you cannot see the Admin icon in your top menu, then select the More option and you will find it there.
