Updating the new business owners details can be done through a few simple steps using your Web Portal.
- In your Web Portal go to Users > View Users > Edit your Super Admin User with the details of the new owner > Save. Make sure the name and email address are correct and select email the passwords to the new owner.
- The new owner will have to enter their card details in in order to commence their monthly payments and stop yours. Settings Cog > Company Profile > Payment Details > Enter details > Save.
- The Company Profile Page will have to be updated and include any changes that have been made to the business details. Settings Cog > Company Profile > Company Details > Save.
Note: Deactivate all users that are no longer with the business as this will ensure they no longer have access to their accounts.
