When a Form has been submitted in the App it can be found in the Submitted Forms Tab in the Web Portal > Forms > Submitted Forms.
Please note: Users who are sorted as Field Agent user types, will not be able to access the Web Portal. They can however access the submitted forms in the App by going to Forms > Submitted tab. Forms that may be sorted into a custom Submitted Forms Tab can also be viewed by finding the custom tab in the dropdown.
