If you have just one action associated with a form, naming the action tab can still be beneficial as a descriptive name allows you to recognise the actions intent.
If you have multiple actions associated with a from this description will allow you to recognise each action.
To do this in your Web Portal > Forms > View Form Template / Create New Template > Actions > Action Name.
