You are able to deselect 'Send BCC to ourselves' on an invoice, however this option cannot be unticked by default and you will have to deselect this each time you send an invoice.
You can find this option when you open the invoice (go to Accounts > Invoices > edit pen for invoice) and go to Payment Details, where the field to email the invoice is located.
