If you are the Super Admin of the account, you will be able to see all Active and Deleted users in the Scheduler. Filters can be applied to Show / Hide the deleted users.
In your Web Portal > Scheduler > Select the funnel at the bottom of the screen > Select Hide Deleted Users in Scheduler > Apply Filter.
