Why can I see deleted users in the Scheduler? Print

If you are the Super Admin of the account, you will be able to see all Active and Deleted users in the Scheduler. Filters can be applied to Show / Hide the deleted users. 


In your Web Portal, go to Scheduler > Select the filter icon at the bottom of the screen > Select Hide Deleted Users in Scheduler > Apply Filter.
