Reminders can be set up manually for jobs that you may have completed in another system. As our Job Type communication is triggered around the status and stages of a job, independent reminders can be created for those jobs that weren't completed through Formitize, helping with the transition from one system to another.

Reminders can be created to be sent by email, SMS, PDF letter and an internal task.

To set up a Reminder, just go to Tools > Reminder. They can also be created through the customer contact card in the CRM > Contact > Activity > Reminders > + Add New Reminder.

From there, you can choose + New Reminder and then fill in the information and what kind of reminder you would like to send, and when it would be scheduled for (date and time). Only CRM placeholders can be used in the content as the reminder is not attached to a job so cannot pull in job information.
