Company and User variables are only available if the form is started by a Formitize User, therefore they are not available within a Webform that is used as a generic link on embedded onto your website.
An alternative way to have fixed information in your form is to add a drop down into your form template where you would like those variables to show.
For example; Company Name can be added as a drop down with only the company name in the items field (ensuring you have removed the hyphen), this will then show each time the webform is opened / started.
To do this in your Web Portal, go to Forms > View Form Templates > Select the Form Template > Form Builder > Drag and Drop a Dropdown field > Add the Question > Add in the single Item that you wanted as the Variable > Add > Deploy / Publish Template to save the changes.
