The Resolution Center pops up at the bottom of your account when an integration has not worked the way it should. Most commonly, it will show up when an integration has encountered an error or issue with something that is not integrating with Formitize.
It will provide a description of what has occurred, it will also provide the information on how to fix the error within the text and provide a link to where the error has occurred so that you can find it easily enough to try to resolve.
If you are having difficulty determining the cause of the error or how to fix it, then you can contact Formitize support by selecting the Help question mark in the top menu > Support > Contact Support.
