With Form Actions, you are able to customise the email that you would like sent with your Report.
In the Web Portal go to Forms > Existing Templates > Select the template you wish to add the Action to > Actions tab > + New Action > select Email PDF with Attachments in the Action Type dropdown.
Here, you can select the settings that you would like for the email that is sent out with the report. You can also use Placeholders to automatically fill in any information relevant to the report or job, by using Crtl + Space.
