You can add the Site name for your Client's site(s) by default onto the invoices that you send to your clients, by updating the address format in your Account settings on the Web Portal.


In the Web Portal, go to the Settings cog > Accounts > Invoices > scroll down to the Address Format.


The format edited here will also show in your Quotes. 


Please ensure that it is entered as sitename (without any spaces) for it to work correctly, invoices that are already created will need to be regenerated for the site name to appear.  To regenerate the invoice, open it from your web portal and, select View PDF > Regenerate.
