To hide line item prices on an invoice in the Web Portal  > Setting Cogs > Accounts > Invoices > Invoice PDF Options > Select no under Show line item prices in PDF > Save.

The pricing for each line item will appear when creating the invoice for your reference only and will not show on the PDF sent to your client.
