If you would like information that you've entered in one part of the form, to automatically populate other fields as well, this can be done by selecting the field where you would like to have the duplicate information displayed and select the field you would like to have repeated from the Copy From option in the field properties.
Please note that CRM fields (CRM Client, CRM Location, etc) cannot be copied. Other separate fields that are connected to the client (email, mobile, contact name, etc) can be.
